Notes:
1. Scope of application: As this series of water pumps is used for agricultural irrigation, the pH value of the applicable liquid is between 5 and 0, and the temperature of the liquid is less than 80C. It cannot be used for pumping mud water.
2. Starting and adding water to this series of water pumps is a self priming pump. Before operation, water must be added to the top of the outlet until it reaches full capacity. If water is not added, the pump will not be able to extract water. The well will wear out the mechanical seal as a result.
3. The connection of the suction pipe (the connection of the inlet pipe) must be fastened to the pipe with a clamp. If the water pump cannot pump water after adding water, it may be due to the suction pipe leaking, and the clamp needs to be tightened again
4. The direction of water pump operation shall be based on the direction indicated by the arrow, and reverse operation is strictly prohibited.
5. It is recommended that the speed should not exceed 400 rpm and be matched with a motor. Please refer to the parameters on the nameplate of the pump body for the power and speed of the gasoline (diesel) engine.
6. After completing the work, drain the water from the pump body. Water below 0C will freeze, and if there is water stored in the pump body, freezing will cause the pump body to rupture. The water outlet is located at the bottom of the pump body
7. The matching motor pulley and belt should match the model on the water pump
8. The water pump must be fixed before operation, and the well and supporting motor must maintain a space of at least 0.8 meters
