The external liquid is sucked into the space below the piston, and the liquid above the piston is pushed upwards and flows out; When the piston moves downwards, the lower valve closes, the upper valve opens, and the liquid is pressed into the space above the piston from the space below the piston. This structure is relatively simple and can be verified by making a syringe by oneself.
